Reorganize library layout to fully implement plugin name versioning.
Add libXrdXrootd plugin to rpm spec file and remove symlink to it.
Note: plugins that dependended on libServer.so must replace this
dependency with library libXrdOfs.so as this is where to code
has moved and libServer.so only contains xrootd implementation.
