OK, we have allowed sss tokens to be forward-able via the xrdsssadmin command on a key-by-key basis. The client doesn't need to do anything as the server controls which tokens can be forward-able. Documentation at http://xrootd.org/doc/dev41/sec_config.htm#_Toc361850240

This was fixed via commit: 8955d20
