There aren’t any hooks exposed for this; the reconstruction gets it from the geometry.  Take a look at:

org.hps.recon.tracking.TrackerReconDriver.java

in the detectorChanged method, you can see where the bfield is set.  You could change line 122 to set it to whatever you want.  Of course this doesn’t change the b-field that the event was simulated in, so if you change it in the recon the momentum will come out wrong.
