The release is done and went without any major trouble this time. The versions are HPS Java 3.0.4 and lcsim 3.0.7. The next development iteration of HPS Java is 3.1-SNAPSHOT and 3.0.8-SNAPSHOT of lcsim. I will switch HPS Java to the new lcsim snapshot.
