Hi Tapas, Great, you can find the git head repos available via yum from our web page. Specifically, in the page http://xrootd.org/dload.html look for Testing: xrootd-testing-slc5.repo, xrootd-testing-slc6.repo The above are git head which is pretty close to R4.1.
