exec summary. I sit with andy and looked in the problem. It seems we have hit an xrootd3 bug, already solved in xrootd4.
Basically, the problem was a missing "redir" key in the new monitoring line. We do NOT monitor redirs, but its absence was triggering the use of initialised code.
