Thanks.  The ‘java’ and ‘javac’ from there seem to be executable.

We require JDK 1.7 so I’ll open a help ticket about getting that installed.

Is it by design that our group area can’t be accessed from the jlabl machines?  (seemingly)

Hello Jeremy,

Just found that the highest level "installed" jdk is 1.6: 

jlabl1:~> /apps/java/jdk1.6.0_03/bin/javac -version
javac 1.6.0_03

It might not be so bad to ask CC to instal a 1.7 JDK there.
