Ciao all, your Francesco "not-yet-Totti" is leaving in the next couple of weeks. I really really wished to have a last game with all of you in these days but about two weeks ago during a normal check the cardiologist found something quite serious and they really stopped me immediately to run other checks. At the moment, no games, no gym, no exercise and not even stairs. So I could not come to play again with you. I hope I will recover soon but I am sure I will not be able to play by the end of the year and it seems for a bit longer then on Dec. 30th I am going back to Italy ... this is a "sort of goodbye e-mail". I wish to thank all of you, really all of you, for these wonderful 2 and half years of soccer games that i will never forget since they will be part of my Californian memories. I also hope to come back soon, maybe next summer to visit SLAC and my colleagues and I am sure i will find all of you still playing every day with the sun or with the rain. Thus I will not delete my email address from the soccer list ;) As Rafa said the first time I came "every day Monday to Friday at noon"!!! Thanks a lot !!! Take care and please keep playing because once I will be back I promise I will be in very good shape!!
