Hi,

I've made a mistake while tagging Qserv release:

I've applied tag 2014_11.0 to a previous commit.
I solved this by tagging master tip with 2014_11.1.

Would it be possible to remove tag 2014_11.0 from git? I don't think it
will create an error on lsst-dev machine, because this previous
commit shouldn't have been used by buildbot.

I should try to automate this process as running it only once a month
make it error prone.

Thanks,

Fabrice
