The xrootd-compat package has passed the Fedora review. Many thanks to
Adrien. I'm currently waiting for my request for the creation of the new
package in Fedora's packaging git. Once done I can build and submit to
EPEL 5 and 6.

EPEL 7 already has 4.1.1.
