Hi Jeff, Thanks for your message. Indeed there was a looseness in Qserv install documentation, and the last update of LSST install tool brought it out. Removing next line: exportEUPS_PKGROOT=${NEWINSTALL_URL} from the install doc should be enough for the install to succeed, please let me know.
