Hello,

I have released HPS Java 3.1 successfully.

Here are the detailed release notes.

https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/hpsg/Release+Notes+-+HPS+Java+-+Version+3.1

The HPS Java project website is updated as well.

http://www.lcsim.org/sites/hps/

The website version shows incorrectly as 3.1-SNAPSHOT but it should be equivalent, as it was just built. (I will check into why this shows incorrectly.)

The next snapshot version of HPS Java will be 3.2-SNAPSHOT and the next release will be 3.2 which has an unspecified release date.

If we need to make small patches for the pass1 reconstruction in the near future, then we can make patch releases of 3.1.1, 3.1.2, etc.

When creating new JIRA items until the next release, please use "3.2-SNAPSHOT" as the "Affects Version" and when resolving issues, assign the "Fix Version" to "3.2".

From now on, I think we should not assign a "Fix Version" unless the issue is actually resolved, so it is fine to leave "Fix Version" blank for new items.

Also, when closing out items with a status which is not "Fixed" we probably also should not assign a "Fix Version".

Let me know if you have any questions.
