The issue of producing a single pdf file containing all of the monitoring plots came up in this morning's meeting. If this can't be done directly from within the monitoring application itself I have committed a small utility which merges all the pdf files in a subdirectory named pdf into one pdf file called MergedFiles.pdf. See org.hps.util.CombinePdfs
> java -cp hps-java/distribution/target/hps-distribution-3.2-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar org.hps.util.CombinePdfs
Each plot could be written to its own file. These files can then be aggregated into one merged file.
