Probably just an old config with settings that were removed from the app....

If you manually setup these settings you want to use, save a new prop file, and reload it, does that work?

Hi Jeremy,

I'm trying to load the monitoring app with some pre-defined settings as follows:

java -jar hps-monitoring-app-3.2-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar -c settings.file

The monitoring starts up but then crashes with the following error:

MonitoringApplication failed to initialize without errors!
java.lang.RuntimeException: Property SaveLayout is missing a get method.
    at org.hps.monitoring.application.model.AbstractModel.firePropertiesChanged(AbstractModel.java:63)
     ...
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
   at org.hps.monitoring.application.model.AbstractModel.firePropertiesChanged(AbstracModel.java:59)
    ... 5 more

I'm able to save a file, however, I still see the same error when doing so.

I was able to reproduce the same error by doing the following:

* Open the monitoring app.
* Save a settings file with the defaults loaded
* Close the monitoring app and run the command above
