Alright, after updating I got the new snapshot and I was able to save one
with the default values and open it without any errors.

Unfortunately, when I try loading an old settings file, the same error is
still occurring.  This means that all of the settings files that were being
used in the counting house are unusable and need to be updated.  I'll go
ahead and update the ones used for monitoring the SVT.  I guess Nathan will
need to update the ones used for the ECal.
