I went online and put together a quick/generic design, and for an Adidas Performance Shirt it came out to about $30 per shirt, depending on quantity (20-30) and printing (just front, or front and back). So who else would be interested? I put together a quick Doodle poll to gauge interest (https://doodle.com/cq89d857xbvkasas).
