Dear all,
This is an announcement of the international workshop on
SOI pixel detector (SOIPIX2015), held at Tohoku University
at Sendai from 3 Jun 2015 to 5 June 2015.
There will also be public lecture titled "Advanced 3D Silicon Detectors
to Solve the Mysteries of the Universe and Elementary Particles" at L-Park
Sendai on June 6th.
The workshop is devoted to discuss development of semiconductor
radiation detectors with Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) and 3D integration
technologies to be applicable to various fields, such as astrophysics,
condensed matter, radiology and drug discovery as well as elementary
particle physics for the Belle II or ILC.
The deadline of the registration is 22 May.
