This is what I came up with as a preliminary set of conditions for the pass1 tag based on what was in the db today....

Please look over carefully the conditions that pertain to your sub-system and let me know if all is well or if changes need to be made.

There's only a handful of records for this condition, so I was just going to do it by hand based on what you want in there...

BTW, the tagging is going to be completely reworked following a successful pass1, as the current tools and the database structure for it is not working well.

I thought the tagging is only going to get the latest for each run.  No?
