Hi,

It seems that the current command line implementation doesn't handle well the URL parameters, at least in the case of ALICE access envelopes that contain spaces. For example something like this doesn't work:

> xrdfs *server* rm "/path?authz=**token**"

where **token** looks like the following block of text (~1.3KB of text), passed in either plain or URL-encoded formats.

PeGFRX9GWtJNL56DRC0akps8znwM41YWxvZqsDnNOjM4uAeGe-CQ2jisWztsE3TcDl-wHiZzofwE
