1. Joins, yes we need to understand it
2. "dec" is a reserved word, but it should not crash czar, I created a
story, see DM-3361 (and just don't try to select "dec" for now, it will
never work)
3. fluxToAbMag should really be something like scisql_fluxToAbMag, see:
grep flux qserv_testdata/datasets/case01/queries/*.sql
4. self join - I'd like to hear what Serge says about it
