Hi all, Thanks for the constructive feedback on my talk this morning! I have solved one problem. The major discontinuity in the delta(y) plot in the MC has been resolved. I messed up the arrays in my analysis code when I added points. I have the plot below (ignore the fewer statistics, I only ran over a single file). I apologize for the inconvenience/wasted time this has caused anyone. I will continue to look at more things pointed out during the meeting and will let you know if anything else important comes out. As far as I can see, this is the only plot I messed up in this way. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks.
