I think it’d be useful to document this kind of wisdom in one place. Maybe K-T has a suggestion where. Perhaps in DM-3452?

Yes. Note you can ignore all the tables named run_XXX, since the corresponding XXX view is the same thing with the addition of column aliases.

I think you should also ignore deepCoadd_det and deepCoadd_mergeDet - they don’t seem to contain much other than an ID and position, and the
RA/Dec columns (coord_ra, coord_dec) are always NULL.

Looks like the issue has resolved. I assume, I should be using smm_bremerton and sdss_dr9 as Serge said.

Hi Jacek,

Were the issues resolved? What is the database for end-to-end test?

and got an error again.

Exception: OperationalError
Message: (OperationalError) (2006, 'MySQL server has gone away')

Tried last-dev:8662, got an empty reply from server:

curl: (52) Empty reply from server

We were affected by recent restart of lsst-dev (5 days ago), it took down all services I was running there.

I noticed something you ran triggered a query that will likely confuse qserv. So hang on until I fix that (DM-3555).

In the meantime, webserv on port 8661 connected to plain mysql on lsst10 should be working fine

Hi All,

As of now, is it possible to access the tables loaded as a part of end-to-end exercise via Data Access API?

If yes, what is the service URL? I am getting an error from lsst-dev:8682, and I can not connect at all to last-dev:8681.

http://localhost:8662/db/v0/query?sql=SHOW+DATABASES

Exception: OperationalError
Message: (OperationalError) (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'lsst-dbdev5.ncsa.illinois.edu' (111)")

Thank you!

The data is not in qserv yet (should be there by tomorrow), but you can look at the tables on lsst-db.ncsa.illinois.edu (lsst10):

database:
    smm_bremerton
tables:
    deepCoadd_forced_src
    deepCoadd_meas
    deepCoadd_ref
    icMatch
    icSrc
    src
    srcMatch

database:
    sdss_dr9
rables:
    fink_v5b

I have not yet ingested descriptions/units for the columns. The last one is the reference catalog used for astrometry/photometry, and is what the icMatch and srcMatch catalogs join against.

Cheers,
Serge
