I’ve now loaded the same data into a qserv instance on lsst-dbdev3 (as usual, connect to port 4040 as user qsmaster). I have not had the time to do testing beyond the very basics, and the tables are arranged a bit differently in Qserv compared to lsst10: - all tables are in a database called `bremerton` - the SDSS DR9 reference catalog is named sdss_dr9_fink_v5b - the deepCoadd_(det/mergeDet) catalogs were not loaded at all Cheers, Serge P.S. Jacek - this is still using the previous release of Qserv. Run dir is /u2/smm/run/bremerton, data dir is /u2/smm/data/bremerton, and my stack dir is /u2/smm/qserv_stack.
