Hi Alessandra, I just did this from the hps-mille git repo using the latest hps-java: ./buildCompact.py -j ../kepler2/hps-java/distribution/target/hps-distribution-3.4.0-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar -c ../kepler2/hps-java/detector-data/detectors/HPS-EngRun2015-Nominal-v1/compact.xml -r millepede-milleBinaryISN_hps_005772.evio.0-v1-10k.gbl-L2_tu.res and it works.
