Hi, Norman pointed out that the JAS3 plugin installation is failing due to a missing jar. There was some configuration missing in the plugin/pom.xml file that I've now added, so this will be fixed in the next release. For now, you can install the HPS plugin locally using... cd hps/java/trunk/plugin; mvn install which should override the remote config and install all the jars properly into your ~/.JAS3 dir.
