Hey Nathan,
Thanks for the update, and thanks for all the effort you're putting into this.

Hi Everyone,

About 60% of the 3500 EVIO files have already run on the batch farm in pass2.
But the failure rate is pretty high, somewhere around 30%, probably mainly due to a couple known jlab fileserver glitches and not hps. So this will require some resubmitting when the remaining 1200 jobs are finished, which will probably be Thursday at the current rate.

Note that LCIOs for pulser/moller skims, run 5772, and calibration runs are being written to disk. All DSTs are also going to disk. All output are going to tape. Here's the confluence page:

https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/hpsg/Pass-2

It could use some additions to the collections and "changes relative to Pass-1".

P.S.
Note that the batch farm goes down tomorrow for a few hours starting around 3 pm.
Jobs already in the queue at that time will not be dropped and will still be in the queue when the farm is back online. And only jobs whose time limit is set to expire before 3pm tomorrow are allowed to start running. So users shouldn't be affected except that no jobs will be running for a few hours.
