Hello Jeremy,

I had tried the symlink before and it still failed, but it seems to actually be working now. Maybe I did it wrong before? Regardless, it's running for more than 3 seconds now, so it appears to have found the fieldmap.

Thanks,

Kyle

The .dat file has be in a "fieldmap" directory in the working directory of your job.  So you probably want to have your batch script setup a sym link to a fieldmap directory on NFS or AFS that is readable from the batch nodes.

Subject: Field Map Batch Jobs

Hello,

I'm trying to run some batch jobs on a UNH farm that require the fieldmap. However, I am unable to get my jobs to locate the file. I seem to remember there was a similar issue with JLab initially. Do you know how we got it working on the JLab farm?

Thanks,

Kyle
