The parameter can be now specified absolute or relative. For example:
pfc.diskuage 1.5T 10T
pfc.diskuage 0.7 0.95

  * Work with absolute disk usage values instead of relative.
  * Add option to set disk usage in absolute (k, g, or T) value.
  * Fix a2sz conversion check when parsing disk usage in absolute coordinates.
  * Return with error if pfc.diskusage lwm and hwm are zero
  * Update default pfc.diskusage values.
  * Replace atof with strtod when convert relative diskusage limits.
  * Fix printf format in a debug message.
