Dear HPS Software Group,

We will have our regular HPS Software meeting this Thursday, 9am Pacific, noon East Coast, 6pm Europe.

This meeting we will most focus on readiness for the run. For each of the topics I hope to hear about the status, any updates, and plans for a shake-down before the run.
