Hi,

Update on releasing hps java:

Almost ready to go but there is an external project which we need released in order to resolve a snapshot dep in the hps java build.

Good news is that the maintainer is aware of it and working on it for me. He plans to have a release for me by the end of the day (~5 PST) after which I’ll push the button.

Sorry for the unexpected delays!
