Hello Omar/Rafo/Nathan/Bradley/Holly … The bug that caused our DSTs to be truncated for certain runs has been fixed. See: https://jira.slac.stanford.edu/browse/HPSJAVA-674 for details. The fix is in LCIO, and requires you to apply the patch from the JIRA item. After that, rebuild the LCIO tree and then rebuild the dst-maker. After this, dst-maker will no longer stop processing in the middle of an LCIO file.
