  * Protect from invalid reads.
  * Default debug level is warning.
  * Print severity with message.
  * Add log message in Read() when 0 bytes read.
  * Add getter for file size.
  * In Open() assert info file exists and its size is nonzero.
  * Init stat when File is recycled.
  * Improve readability of relinquish file process.
  * Rename File::initateClose() to ioActive()
  * Rename Info::CheckComplete() to Info::UpdateDownloadCompleteStaus().
  * Remove m_stopped varaible. Add stopped prefetch state.
  * Remove Mark/UnMark prefech functions.
  * Delete disk syncer in destructor.
  * Set prefetch state when file is recycled by some other IO.
  * Complete lock/unlock in Open (change relate to previous commit)
