Previously access statistics was saved in block units. Now it is saved with exact number of bytes read from disk, directly from client and from ram.

• Remove obsolete method.
• Remove trace mesage in Detach becuse similar message is printed already in manager.
• Store access statistics in bytes instead of number of blocks
