Not sure how much they are planning. The number of people signed up to play is enough to make a team if they all show up. For BBQ planning purposes, please allow for some spectators. Yes, the SSI match is this Wed at 5:30pm. Unfortunately, I won't be able to participate, but can help to organize at post-match BBQ if folks are interested. We have the grill area reserved from 5:30-dark, but we need a few folks to step up as grill masters, and others to bring side dishes, snacks, drinks, plates/utensils, etc., or at least be willing to chip in some cash to pay for food. In the past, SSI has provided some water or sports drinks, but no word yet on whether that will be the case this year too. Please respond and let the group know if you're willing to grill and/or bring something to eat/drink. At the very least, come out Wed evening and play... In recent years, we have had really big turnouts, and I sort of remember we played 16 vs. 16 last summer. My knee is bugging me a bit, and I may skip this year if we have plenty of SLAC players.
