Dear CHEP 2016 authors,

The instructions (if all else fails read the …) on the web ask that the Indico uploads of Oral presentations are given filenames Oral-xxx.pdf . Posters should be Poster-xxx.pdf where xxx is your abstract number.  The requested one-or-two-slide highlights should be Highlights-xxx.pdf.  You can add version numbers if you want (Oral-v3-xxx.pdf etc.).

This is not just because we are control freaks.  It will really help, for example, in the parallel sessions to ensure that the students supporting the sessions can bring up talks quickly in the right order.  It can be amazingly hard to identify a talk from its filename, without some convention, once it has been downloaded from Indico.

I have noticed that few of the uploads to date have followed this convention.  This just means that it was not made clear, for which I apologize.

Thanks for your help,
Richard
