crypto/secgsi: fix XrdCryptosslMsgDigest::Init ; set 'sha256' as default algorithm
This patch fixes an issue with XrdCryptosslMsgDigest::Init affecting proper functionning
of XrdSecProtocolgsi::Sign .
Use consistently 'sha256' as default SHA algorithm instead of SHA1 (and MD5 in some cases).
