This apparently comes from the Nominal v5-0 lcdd/compact not having them set, from where it was copied.

Can you check the lcdd file to make sure the  correct opening angle was picked up?

Hi Bradley,
to my experience this is the typical error when you have a mismatch of the
geometries used for the slic generation, readout and the reconstruction
Are you sure you are running slic usng the proper lcdd file? (also check
that the geometry names are everywhere consistent, in .lcdd and
compact.xml files).
Once you disable reading from the DB the svt geometry the run number you
insert is not really useful.
