Please take a look at these steering files, test them, and let me know if you have any opinions on this.   The difference between these and those used in 2016 is that there are looser and much simpler cuts on FEEs, mollers and v0:

fee is now synonymous with single1 trigger
moller is pair0 trigger with at least one moller candidate (an e-e- pair on opposite sides of the detector)
v0 is pair1 with at least one  v0 candidate (an e+e- pair on opposite sides of detector)
