Hi Alessandra,


1) Use the jcache command on an ifarm machine to read the files from tape (/mss/hallb/...) and copy them to cache disk (/cache/hallb/...).  See `jcache -h`, or probably you just need:

jcache get /mss/hallb/hps/data/file1 /mss/hallb/hps/data/file2 … -e youremailaddress


2) The easiest way is probably still the spreadsheet linked from the run page on the bottom left:
