Fedora are already testing preparing for massive rebuild with GCC 7: http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/gcc.git/log/
If everything goes fine there should be so nightly Fedora Rawhide builds for testing if you like, i.e. not need to build your own toolchain.
