Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the explanation.  Looking at the server logs I see two cases.
One is a file not found issue for files we are not subscribed to in
Phedex so that makes sense.  The other is a connection timeout issue
with another site. 

Thanks for the help.  We'll look into resolving the timeouts.
