Dear CHEP 2016 authors,

I am aware that the chep2016.org site is down and I cannot give a time estimate for fixing it yet.

However, you can submit your papers directly to the IOP system (the link is on chep2016.org that you can no longer see).

The link to the IOP site is https://chep2016.conferenceseries.iop.org/ (and it is working).

Please note that IIOP have not yet updated the extended deadline on their site.  The extended deadline is two weeks from now.
