Dear CHEP 2016 authors,

 

We have been remiss in not giving time guidelines to those of you who have been asked to revise your papers.  We should have arranged to do this via the IOP system.

 

There are currently 138 papers for which revisions have been requested. In most cases, we hope that revised papers can be resubmitted within two weeks of your receiving the request for revision.

 

If the revision will take longer than this, please send me ([log in to unmask]) email explaining why and giving the date by which you will be able to resubmit.

 

We want to avoid the completion of the proceedings being delayed by a few stragglers, so while we would not want to penalize anyone who is actively preparing their resubmission, we will have to impose a final cutoff on non-responsive authors.
