This should only be merged on top of #505

[XrdCeph] Fixed some resource leak when Posix_Open fails

File descriptor were allocated (this is not a leak per se, just a counter increasing) and stored into maps where they would never be deleted in case of error.
Now maps are cleaned up in case of errors
