[XrdCeph] Added support for namelib in ceph plugin
ceph.namelib can now be used in the config file to trigger name translation inside the name plugin, between user given names and the ones sent to the ceph layer

[xrdCeph] Fixed internal (f)stat so that it sets S_IFREG in returned mode
It seems that xrootd's redirection is relying on that

[xrdCeph] properly return ENOENT when file does not exist in open for read
The open was so far successful, leading to successful reading of non existing files, as if they were 0 size

[xrdceph] Fixed configuration of the XrdCephOss module
The configure method was simply never called, preventing initialization of the namelib plugin
