Hi,
The hps-java users module was moved to a new github repo here along with its associated steering files:
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hps-users
You should be able to compile it using the usual Maven commands.
Running 'mvn clean -DskipTests' and then 'git pull' on your hps-java should remove the users dir and steering files.
