The tag should be okay now after I reran the release:

https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hps-java/tree/hps-java-3.11

By the way, I rewound the master by about 20 commits, because I had made a mess of things while testing.

I think if you do 'git pull' then everything should be fine with your local copy - you should see '4.0-SNAPSHOT' as the current pom version.

If you have any trouble, let me know via email or find me on Slack (#software channel is fine too).

Have a good weekend!

Something got messed up and the tag didn't get made - I'm retrying the release now...

Hi,

The hps-java release is made:

http://srs.slac.stanford.edu/hudson/view/HPS/job/hps-java/2569/

Runnable jar is available here:

http://srs.slac.stanford.edu/nexus/service/local/artifact/maven/redirect?r=lcsim-maven2-releases&g=org.hps&a=hps-distribution&v=3.11&e=jar&c=bin

The current development version is now 4.0-SNAPSHOT.

I had to disable submission of the JAS plugin config because it was mysteriously failing. The standard 'mvn install' command should install the JAS3 plugin locally, so you should not use the JAS3 plugin menu to install it. (I'm looking into why this failed but I didn't want to wait on it for the release.)

If you find any problems/bugs in this release, please let me know and we will make patch releases of 3.11 until we get something acceptable for the pass reconstruction.

Hope you have an enjoyable holiday weekend!

Hi,

I'd like to make the hps-java 3.11 release tomorrow, mostly so Rafo has a tagged jar to use for pass tests. I am going to be gone all of next week, and I did not want to wait until the following week for this.

If there are problem found with it, then we'll make 3.11.1, 3.11.2, etc. with the fixes.

Does this work for everyone?
