The tag should be okay now after I reran the release: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hps-java/tree/hps-java-3.11 By the way, I rewound the master by about 20 commits, because I had made a mess of things while testing. I think if you do 'git pull' then everything should be fine with your local copy - you should see '4.0-SNAPSHOT' as the current pom version. I had to disable submission of the JAS plugin config because it was mysteriously failing. The standard 'mvn install' command should install the JAS3 plugin locally, so you should not use the JAS3 plugin menu to install it. (I'm looking into why this failed but I didn't want to wait on it for the release.) If you find any problems/bugs in this release, please let me know and we will make patch releases of 3.11 until we get something acceptable for the pass reconstruction.
