Dear Colleagues, I have merged a number of pull requests into the master branch of our hps-java code base. These were related to tracking and track-cluster matching. A change in output is to be expected (and the reference histograms for the integration tests have been updated to reflect this), but there should be no change to "signal" events. Please report any negative impacts you might notice as a result of these updates.
