Dear Colleagues,
A number of you have reported issues with the integration tests failing on various platforms even when running from the master branch. I had encountered this myself running on the Linux systems at SLAC and have been able to resolve the issue here locally by ensuring that I am using Java8. In addition, maven requires that JAVA_HOME be set correctly. If you are still experiencing failures with the integration tests please check both the java version and that this environment variable are correctly set.
As a reminder, after building hps-java, run the test targets via:
> cd integration-tests
> mvn verify -Dit.test=EngRun2015*ReconTest
> mvn verify -Dit.test=PhysRun2016*ReconTest
It'll take a while...
I am continually refining the tests and welcome your suggestions for improvement.
