Dear All, The CHEP 2016 Proceedings website should now work correctly so please DO TELL ME about any missing papers or other problems. The link is the one I already circulated. Due to a misunderstanding I announced the availability of the proceedings before the completing of the publishing process. My apologies for any distress!
